Guru should be considered as atma of atma and sadhana should be done, then only GodRealisation can take place.

Krishna doesnt keep direct contact. He asked us approach Him via Guru. Veda says your devotion w.r.t Krishna and Guru should be same to achieve progress.

Guru and Krishna are one Krishna says in bhagwatam that you consider Guru as Me. I am only present in the form of Guru. Universe creation/destruction power is not given to Guru but we dont care about this power.

Guru has same divine anand and divine gyan as Krishna gives him along with 8 powers. Bhakti of devotees of Radhakrishna is higher then bhakti of Radhakrishna themselves.
