l in the real estate industry and investment expert, knows that it takes more than pay incent ives to keep his team happy at work. Thats why he fosters a unified front with te am building activities like the one the entire staff embarked upon at the end of June. On the morning of the excursion, the team met together where they were greeted b y limos that would shuttle them to their destinationWhistler, British Columbia. O nce arrived, activities for the day included mountain biking, eating lunch, enjo ying teambuilding activities in the park, and just getting some much-needed R&R with colleagues and friends. We work very hard, says Napiontek. So, I think its important to let my staff know its okay to play hard as well. I also think its necessary to be with each other outs ide the office setting. Building relationships or encounters that are separate f rom those that we have with each other in a purely professional setting make the time we must spend with each other in the office that much better. It builds ch aracter and establishes more common ground. We are all better because of it. Napionteks vision is to continue these teambuilding exercises at least twice a ye ar for the entire staff. His hope is for these experiences to continue strengthe ning the team, making it an even greater force to be reckoned with in the indust ry.
