Customer satisfaction Out of the total respondents interviewed, 90% WERE MALE AND 10% WERE FEMALE, THIS SHOWS THAT THE MAJOR PERCENTAGE OF 2 WHEELER CUSTOMERS AT INDO SHELL TVE WERE MALE. THE AGE GROUP BETWEEN 18 TO 40 BUY TWO WHEELERS TIE MOST, WHO MOSTLY ARE COLLEGE STUDENTS, OFFICE WORKERS THEY FROM 46% OF THE TOTAL RESPONDENTS, THERE WERE HARDLY 14% OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ABOVE 50 YEARS OLD, WHICH SHOWS THAT SENIOR PEOPLE DO NOT USE TWO WHEELERS MUCH. OUT OF THE TOTAL RESPONDENTS INTERVIEWED, 30% WERE GRADUATES, THE MAJOR BEING BELOW SSC/HSC LEVEL AND THEY FROM 38% OF THE TOTAL RESPONDENTS
