    Pushing Microsoft Lync 2010 to the System Tray in Win 7 1. Exit Lync if already running 2.

    Right Click on the Lync listing in the Start Menu a. Click on Properties in the Right Click Menu 3. Click on the Compatibility Tab a. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for: b. Select Windows XP(Service Pack 3) from the drop down under the above check box 4. Click Apply > OK
