CONTEST MECHANICS

Maximum of five (10) minutes shall be allotted each candidate for their presentation;
however each candidate will be given two (2) minutes to prepare/set up any props or
equipment needed on the dance floor.

Email completed form along with two scanned images (full body & half body pictures) to
leah@applabsdigital.com on or before Thursday, July 26, 2012.
For selected participants who have received the confirmation email or text message by
Thursday, please prepare the following for Friday:
a. Song for the dance number. Must be in mp3 and CD format. Please note that all
CD and CD casing should be clearly marked with the candidates name, name and
track no. to be played. Preferably, the CD content only bears the music file to be
played during the performance to avoid unnecessary delay. IF, however
contestant fails to provide music for the number, AppLabs will provide an
International DJ.
b. Costume.
c. Props, if any. Please note, NO pyrotechnics of any sort shall be allowed in any
presentation.

First Place: Php5000 (Automatic slot in the Grand Finals)

Second Place: Php2000
Third Place: Php1000
