Senior Research Fellow

Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech (Civil/Ocean Engineering/Marine Engineering) with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA and above or B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engineering), Masters Degree in Maths/ Physical Oceanography with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA and above with two years experience. Desirable: Candidates should have an interest in working in the area of Coastal Structures or ocean wave modeling or field monitoring and survey. Exposure to numerical modeling/ computer programming is preferred. Emoluments: As per the CSIR norms and guidelines. Duration: Initially for period of one year or till end of the project whichever is earlier. The Co-ordinator/Principle Investigator has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview on the basis of qualification and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the announcement.
