Bug fixed
1. Fix A talk to B, C call to A during talking, A will hear twice of interrupt tone; the one way voice will occur if A
does not pick-up the call.
2. Fix the WAN DHCP bug. When the ATA151 is under DHCP mode and the ifaddr -nat is disabled. The WAN
DHCP request will be failed if reboot it via CL, the ATA151 seems to not send the DHCP discover packet.
But if re-plug the power cord, the WAN DHCP works fine.
3. Fix some NAT problem.

Feature and Function added
This version has reverse function.
command sysconf -billing 1
Add the impedance setting function.
command: sysconf -impedance 0(0~7)
3. This version add the 12K & 16K biIIing tone in sysconf,
command: sysconf -billing 2(3).
