What is the dierence between Pipe and Tube?

There ls often confuslon as to whlch slze PlpeMaster the customer actually needs Plpe Slze or Tublng Slze.
Keep ln mlnd that plpe slze refers to a nomlnal not actual lnslde plpe dlameter. Schedule refers to the plpes
wall thlckness. The dlmenslons provlded for tublng on the other hand refer to the actual outslde dlameter.
Por example: The actual outslde dlameter of l" plpe ls l.625" whlle l" tube has a true l.25" outslde dlameter.
The best thlng to do ls measure your materlal on the outslde dlameter and slze your tools from there.
