EXHIBITION SPONSORSHIP; UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES

Registration Desks To gain access to the Exhibition all visitors must pass through the various registration points around the exhibition centre. As sponsor of this we will place your logo in prominent locations of the surrounding area. If provided the registration staff will also wear a uniform such as t-shirts & caps with your logo. You may also provide pens to be used in this area. $15,000 per area Exhibitor/Visitor Badges One sponsor will have exclusivity of the badges worn by all visitors and exhibitors to AH. The badge will carry your logo on the front and on the reverse a welcome message with an invitation to your stand.

$30,000 Lanyards All visitors and exhibitors are given a lanyard to secure their badge. This is prominent and visible throughout the show. One sponsor will have exclusivity of the lanyards.

$20,000 plus costs Official Carrier Bags One sponsor will have exclusivity of the carrier bags. These will be distributed from all registration points around the show. Bags must be provided by the sponsor and can also contain your corporate literature.

$60,000 Information Kiosks & Can I Help Staff To ensure that the Arab Health visitor onsite experience is smooth and enjoyable the Information & Assistance staff will be highly visible to offer advice and direction throughout the show. There will be mobile staff constantly on the look out for lost visitors. The kiosks will carry your logo and the staff will wear uniform provided by you to ensure brand exposure. The staffs proactive approach will demonstrate the importance placed on the visitors success at the show and will guarantee the sponsor enjoys the recognition this will provide. Kiosks $15,000 Staff $15,000 plus costs Buses At the end of a long day visitors are keen to leave the centre by the quickest means possible. To assist with this we will provide buses operating on a shuttle system to take our visitors to key locations around Dubai (Malls, Hotels etc). As sponsor of the buses you will benefit from a number of these being branded inside and out with your logo. Your literature can also be included. The Arab Health Congress 2009 will feature 12 conference themes held over 4 days. WORKSHOPS As part of our desire to ensure that delegates receive up to the minute training and education we intend to run a number of workshops alongside the formal conference programs. As sponsor of each workshop it will be your speakers and equipment that the delegates will have the opportunity to hear present and use. By undertaking to run the workshop you can expect to receive the following: PRE-EVENT

Production of a personalised invitation to be sent to the target audience. This will be sent on 2 occasions 4 weeks & 2 weeks from the event. Inclusion in the final conference brochure that will be mailed to prospective delegates and made available online (deadlines for this will be advised) Hosting of the invitation and pre-registration form on the Arab Health Congress website www.ahcongress.com we will create a specific workshop page for the congress.
