The complaint will be attend on all hcl`s normal working days 9:00 to 18:00 ( Monday to Friday)
The Maintance services exclude any maintance of the system which occurs due to neglect or misuse
or any adjustment which were not supplied or recommended by the system manufacturers.
The company will provide all the spare parts (Electronic & Mechanical) as and when required along
with maintance, except consumables e.g (Drum-kit ,H- kit, toner and other copying material).
