Dear Madame, This letter is an invitation to participate in a research study conducted by level IV nursing students of Ateneo de Zamboanga University under the supervision of Mrs. Grace Ann Lagura, RN, MAN entitled PERCEPTIONS OF NURSING STUDENTS IN SECTARIAN AND NON SECTARIAN NURSING SCHOOLS IN ZAMBOANGA CITY ON EUTHANASIA. This research would focus on the different perspectives of students on Euthanasia. In line with this, we would like to ask for your permission to allow us to conduct a survey to fifty (50) students and two (2) interviewees from College of Nursing for our study. The interview would last about 30 minutes and would be arranged at a time convenient to your schedule. To ensure the accuracy of your input, we would like to ask for your permission to audio record the interview. The survey would last for approximately ten (10) minutes.
