Leadership never mean quality that must be in him/her its mean something what can improve something whatever it is business, country or someone. In India all searching for one good leader that can make India on the higher level .but which type of leader we want that is not specified .if I have ask than I will answer that like this qualities I want.. Development: he should be developmental person who can think for his works development. He should have his own thought: if he want to do something then he should have his own thought in the problem what they are I will do same in same situation then I dont want you who work according to others. He should be creative not analytical: what is difference between creative and analytical ,if I will ask what is the answer of 1+ 1 then analytical will say its 2 or will say its 11 but if he is creative then he will answer that their 1,11,+,=,- and there are many I want that type of creative person Self dependant: he should he that type of person who can work himself and who not ask for help to others
