At REDLEE/SCS, we place our highest priority on educating employees with regard to job performance expectations and safety precautions

so they can serve our cli ents with exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Safety and Training are in tertwined to promote working conditions that meet or exceed federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. Here is a limited breakdow n of our training programs, which are extremely rigorous and ongoing. Night Staff Employee Training Program From Day One, employees and supervisors receive in-depth training in these areas : assigned facility access correct floor mopping procedures hazard communication corporate-approved cleaning products and how to use them areas of cleaning responsibility blood-borne pathogens personal protective equipment Day Staff Employee Training Program Day staff employees are trained in the same areas as night staff, as well as top ics including: site-specific uniform needs emergency escape routes building tenant needs caution/wet floor sign placement Beyond initial training, all day and night staff employees attend once-a-month t raining to keep abreast of building and safety needs around them. New REDLEE/SCS Operations Managers receive advanced training through REDLEE Univ ersity, a 3-session, 31-course curriculum that thoroughly immerses participants in the theoretical and mechanical facets of their jobs. In addition to day and night management safety topics, Operations Managers learn how to create MSDS log books and address other industry-specific safety concerns. Our Corporate Training Manager conducts Field Safety Standards Inspections (FSSI ) to monitor the quality of day, night and operation management staffs. These i nspections include doing physical reviews of REDLEE/SCS work areas, equipment, s igns, cords and other safety elements. From the company s owners and vice presidents on down, every employee at REDLEE/SCS takes training and safety seriously. Any time we visit a facility, we remain vi gilant in monitoring the ever-changing operational environment. Issues are corr ected with the utmost sense of urgency for the sake of our employees and clients .
