Prepress recommendations Recommendation for printing conditions: Recommendation for ICC-profile: Fogra 47 characterisation data ICC profiles based on Fogra 47 like - PSO_Uncoated_ISO12647_eci.icc 300 % Curve C / ISO 12647-2 Optimal at 70-80 l/cm, suitable for all existing halftone methods

Recommendation for max. TAC%: Expected tone value increase (TVI, dot gain): Screen ruling

1) Measured with X-rite Spectroeye, D50, 2 (ISO 13655, M0). Values are only informative! 2) Brightness is difference of Brightness (D65) and Brightness (UV cut). It is an estimate for OBA amount in paper Levels: 0-4 unsubstantial, 4-8 low, 8-12 moderate, 12-> high 3) Customized ICC profiles are available from Sappi on request with modified dot gain, colour gamut, paper shade or conversion characteristics 4) TVI depends also on printing conditions, screening and CTP compensation curve - Sappi can help in TVI adjustments
