DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Deed, executed and signed this by and between the following parties, to wit: , in Daet, Camarines Norte,

LETTY PALADO, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizens, and with residence at Daet, Camarines Norte, herein referred to as the VENDOR; -ANDVIRGINIA VELASCO ARGAYOSA, of legal age, married to BERNARD VILLANIA ARGAYOSA, Filipino citizen, and with postal address at P-1, Brgy. Lag-on, Daet, Camarines Norte, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH: That the VENDOR is the registered owner of that certain parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2819-C, of the subdivision survey Psd-05005216, being a portion of Lot 2819, Pls-488-D, Daet Public Land Subdivision), situated in the Barrio of Camambugan, Municipality of Daet, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon. Bounded on S., along line 1-2, by Callejon (4.00 m. wide); on the W., along line 2-3, by Asela Chavez; on the N., along line 3-4 by Eusebio Chavez, and on the E., along line 4-5, by lot 2819-B, along line 5-1, by Lot 2819-A, all of Psd-05-005216. Containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS. Covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-68812. That for and in consideration of the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php750,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by and receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR from the VENDEE, the VENDOR does hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, by way of Absolute Sale, unto the VENDEE, her heirs and assigns, the above-described parcel of land; That the VENDOR hereby warrants unto the herein VENDEE valid title to, and peaceful possession of the property herein sold and conveyed; and further declare that the same is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever; That the provision of Article 1623 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines had been complied with before the execution of this sale. This instrument may be registered pursuant to the Property Registration Decree No. 1529. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the VENDOR and VENDEE have hereunto set their hands this , in Daet, Camarines Norte.
