Nothing is required to inspire a self motivated team and this adage is turned into reality by the creative and educative endeavor of the MBA first Semester students of School of Management who under the auspices of Radha Govind Group of Institutions on 10th Nov 2010 come up with a wall based Magazine by the title Vision of Variety. The Wall Magazine was inaugurated by venerated chief guest Professor H.M. Gupta (IIT, Delhi) accompanied with reverent Professor B.B. Dixit (Director, RGGI, Meerut). Twenty students visited the Amar Ujala, Mohkampur Unit on 18 Dec 2010 along with Ms. Nidhi Bhatia and Mr. Rajesh Srivastava and gave presentation on Knowledge Connect Program initiated by Dr. R.K.Tyagi , Head, School of Management. The team forwarded the memento to Mr.Mayank Bhatt ,The admin head of Amar Ujala, Meerut. FACULTY PARTICIPATION
1. Dr. R.K.Tyagi , School of Management has undergone a Faculty Development Program conducted by ITS in collaboration with AICTE from 14-26 June 2010 on Advance data analysis through data analysis software. 2. Dr. R.K.Tyagi, School of Management Participated in second international meet on Corporate Social Responsibility jointly organized by The Association of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India in association with Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India and Deloitte on 15 Jul 2010. 3. Mr. Nitin Kumar Sharma, Lecturer, School of Management attended the workshop on Management Skills to Source Financing & Management of Technology By SMES held on 11 August 2010 conducted by MMA in association with AIMA . 4. Ms. Soma Sharma, Lecturer, School of Management, Published book review on the book Production and Operations Management authored by Everett E. Adam, Jr.& Ronald J. Ebert in summer 2010 edition of the journal Prabhandhan (ISSN 0975-9689 ). 5. Dr. R.K.Tyagi, School of Management authored a Chapter , Corporate Social Responsibility Practices for Rural Development in the Globalisation Epoch in the book Globalisation and Economy( ISBN 978-81-910022-7-0). 6. Mr. Himanshu Tyagi, Lecturer, School of Management has participated in the National Seminar on Carriers in Logistics Management at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport International ,New Delhi on 25 Sept 2010 .

Ms. Nidhi Bhatia and Mr. Shivam Nanda ,Lecturer, School of Management got their paper titled Strategic Leadership and Decision Making selected for presentation , taking the departmental activities at first priority Ms. Nidhi Bhatia stayed back while Mr. shivam Nanda ( coauthor) went to present the paper in 3rd National Conference on Creativity and Innovation In Business Management held on 23rd October 2010 conducted by Gurukul Vidyapeeth , Mohali, Punjab. 8. Ms. Nidhi Bhatia lecturer, School of Management has participated in the National Seminar held on 30 October 2010 titled Entrepreneurial Development at Jaypee Institute of Technology, Noida. 9. Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, Lecturer; School of Management participated in the seminar on Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright held on 30 October 2010 conducted by Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghaziabad. 10. Dr. R.K.Tyagi, School of Management has presented case study in the International Conference on Management Cases under Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. The conference was jointly organized by George Mason University ,Virginia ,USA and IME, Sahibabad, India on 2 December 2010 at IME campus .The case is published in the edited book:Gupta H.P. and Thatchenkery Tojo, 2010, Leveraging Global Competitiveness For Organizational Excellence,Macmillan,pp 632-640(ISBN13: 978-0230-33194-5 ). 11. Ms. Soma Sharma and Ms. Nidhi Bhatia, Lecturer, School of Management participated in a one day Management Development Program on Rural Business: Emerging Opportunities held on 4 Dec 2010 at Vidya Institute of Training & Development Meerut . 12. Dr. R.K.Tyagi, School of Management has presented paper in absentia in the International Conference held on 09-10, December 2010 in St. Petersburg, Russian State Pedagogical University. Alexander Herzen, the Faculty of Philosophy of Rights, Faculty of Management, UNESCO Chair. Her report was titled as Indian Perspective on Ethical Implementation in Academic and Business Community: A Discourse through Case Study on Education and Industry.
