I am presenting a plan for better penetration of IAC in the country.

It will be prudent to initially select young volunteers from each district in the country and then subsequently train them for a period of 1 week or 15 days by the members of the corecommittee. The training should cover the leadership and communication skill, core agenda of the organization, its guiding principles over the controversial ideas of Kashmir, Maoism, Reservation, Secularism, Minority and others, manifesto of the organization, Janlokpal, RTI, Citizens Charter, etc. Thus, volunteers who could associate themselves with the core principles of the organizations should be allowed to be a part of this movement. Another choice would be to decide its guiding principles through extensive discussion with these volunteers; this would enable them to actively participate in the policy formation of the organization. In the next stage, these selected volunteers (District Coordinators) could be assigned the task of enrolling the members for the IAC in their district, in the supervision of someone from the existing Core committee who could be made responsible for the activities of IAC in an entire state following a seminar or presentation in colleges and universities throughout the state. IAC may create an online database and the primarily selected volunteers (District Coordinators) should be given a username and password through which he can make the entry of the members to the IAC. Moreover, a nominal entry fee could be charged from the aspiring IAC members. An account may be opened in the name of IAC or the District Coordinator with the local bank, and all the funds collected on account of Membership Fee should be deposited in the account and the balance held there should be transferred to the Main IAC account weekly or monthly. If such a plan is adopted and commenced from as early as from September, it may continue till December 2012. Once such a membership drive is completed, a working committee at central level and at state level should be formed through election in the organization, maintaining the existence of CoreCommittee that will be a guiding force for the central as well as state level working-committees. If IAC has really decided to be a part of the next general elections, it is the peak time it should start making the decisive initiative. I am offering my services for IAC.
