Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune diseases with multipl e clinical manifestasion.

SLE can affect on multi organ vitals. Pregnancy with a ll the consequence usually have many problems in SLE patients. Therapy for SLE i n pregnance are more compleks. We reported patient a pregnance women, 16 years o ld gravid 27 weeks that diagnosed SLE with manifestasion on kidney as lupus nefr itis and hematologic as autoimmune hemolytic anaemia. Diagnose determined by ana mnesis, physical examination, and laboratory examination. Patient get treatment with high dose metylprednisolon orally 1mg/kg/BW, for life saving. Metylpredniso lons were used because they are safe for fetus. Follow up the patients in ward a nd policlinic showed clinically and labarotory parameter improvement. Patient in a good condition until delivery a healthy baby.
