Personal Statement
I am a recent school leaver looking to gain experience in landscaping. I enjoy working outside with my hands and have experience in a range of labouring activities such as horticulture and property maintenance.

Communication skills Member of the senior debating team. Confident at group speaking. Teamwork and Leadership skills Coach of Old Boys U-10 rugby team. Captain of school volleyball team. Able to set long and short-term goals for a group, and provide leadership. Time management skills Able to balance schoolwork, sports and coaching commitments. Successfully completed final Year 13 exams while training for a regional volleyball tournament. Hands-on work experience Experienced in physical, hands-on jobs such as painting and minor property repairs. Experienced in horticultural activities such as pruning, planting and harvesting.

Work History

Supermarket assistant at Dollar Wise 2010 - 2011 o Stacking shelves, sorting incoming stock, driving forklift. Farm worker at Des Peterson Farms. 2008 - 2011 o Fixing farm buildings and fences. Pruning, planting and harvesting grapes.

Interests
In my spare time I enjoy playing rugby, reading, singing, and playing drums.
