    GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I _______________________________, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at _________________________, the undersigned grantor, do hereby make and grant general power of attorney to __________________________, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at No. ___________________________ and do there upon constitute and appoint said individuals as my attorney-in-fact.
