OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN At least 40 years of AGE. Must have been for at le ast 10 years a judge Must be have been a candidate for any elective office in the immediately preceding election. REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS At least 35 years of AGE. Must have been engaged i n the practice of law in the Philippines for at least 10 years. Or has held a pu blic office in the Philippines requiring admission to the practice of law as an indispensable requisite. FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURTS At least 30 years of AGE. Must have been e ngaged in the practice of law in the Philippines for at least 5 years.
