    Adnan Sami Case - PROPERTY

    Sabah filed property case against Adnan claiming ownership over his house and property in 2009. Sabah pleaded in the court that Adnan together with his parents should be evicted from their five-flat residence at Lokhandwala in Andheri. But, the petition has been dismissed by the Mumbai High Court. Adnans lawyer Vibhav Krishna said, The HC order clarified that the family court has jurisdiction over matrimonial disputes involving foreign nationals. Sami has won the property case against his wife, Sabah Galadri.

    Abuse
    A non-cognisable offence has been registered against Pakistani singer Adnan Sami for allegedly harassing and abusing his wife Sabah Galadari at their residence in Lokhandwala. She even complained against him for playing music too loudly. Sabah, who got married to Adnan in April 2007, has already filed for divorce.
