Dear Sir: We would like to inform your kind office that we have complied with the request of Mr. Fred Campbell to vacate the place, DOOR 2 B Campbell Duplex House in Katayngan, on or before October 15, 2011. To recall what has transpired during the conference last September 30 at 9:30 Am in your office, 1. That, Mr. Campbell requested us to leave the premises on or before October 15, 2011 2. That, if we can vacate on said date he will apply our deposit of P5,500 to our August 16 September 15, 2011 rent 3. That, if we can vacate on said date he will not charge us any rental. On October 8, 2011 Mr. Campbell visited us and conferred with my parents, Mar and Boots Cabahug, regarding this matter. They have agreed that if we continue to stay in the place, an agreement will be drawn up for the extension of our stay. We are therefore informing you and Mr. Campbell with this letter that we have opted to leave and vacate the premises on October 14, 2011. Please be informed further, that Globe Telecom will come to the house anytime to pull out the antenna of our Wimax (internet) facility. Thank you very much. God bless you. Yours truly,
