1. The purpose of this memorandum is to outline the requirements of an Internet Project which may be used as an opportunity to earn extra credit in the FIN 215 course. The project is designed to provide you with the opportunity to locate and explore a limited number of internet sites sites that focus on financial affairs related to either business or personal financial management. 2. Requirements: Your project submission will consist of a short review of FIVE separate sites. The sites selected will be chosen by you. The informational content of each site should be explored and discussed in a written report. Each review must be 250-300 words in length. Reviews must be typed and will consist of four major elements: HEADING: OVERVIEW: DISCUSSION: OPINION: Your Name, Site Name and Site Address One sentence synopsis of site content. A multi-sentence paragraph which outlines the principle items of interest in the site. Your thoughts concerning the usefulness of the site.

3. Reviews must be placed in a single folder and submitted in class on the last day of the semester. 4. Plagiarism - one word -"DON'T". NOTE: The focus of this program is to provide an opportunity for students to improve their final grade when their test performance has been marginal. The value of the extra credit provided by this project will be determined by the quality of the submission. The maximum credit that will be allowed is one-half letter grade - this equates to a maximum of 15 points which could be added to the cumulative points earned through the examination process..
