To study the presence of Metabolic Syndrome in patients of CAD and the risk factors associated with Metabolic Syndrome

Diagnosis was done according to the guidelines of AHA /updated NCEP ATP III-2004
Elevated waist circumference : men > 40 Inches and women > 35 inches Elevated triglycerides > 150 mg / dl Reduced HDL men < 40 mg / dl and women
