Being unorganized

Katherine is a smart and qualified lawyer who got a job at the bank. She started to work hare the last month and she had to prepare a report about the economic situation of this institution during the crisis. She had to come up with an efficient plan which will help to deal with the potential difficulties they could face. Katherine had to analyze the circumstances, to observe, to draw conclusions and to point out the best options. Instead of doing all these she spent her time thinking about her achievements, complaining about the tasks, solving unimportant issues and avoiding her responsibilities. Today she has an appointment with her colleagues where she needs to present her report. She realized that she doesnt have enough time to prepare it thoroughly, because she has to do a lot of other things, too. Katherine is in a rush with time. She looks around and everything is a mess. She doesnt manage to control whats happening. She is stressed, tired and exhausted. Now she understands that its a huge mistake to neglect the things you have to do and that it is necessary to organize your life. In order to be productive we have to set goals, to prioritize our tasks, to follow the objectives and to maintain a balance between different vital areas. A schedule has a paramount importance in the process of organization because only this way we can manage time and attain success. Value time and plan your activities. Work hard and live a marvelous and successful life in peace and harmony.
