Srijan 2012 - Rules and Regulations Every section will be alloted two mentors who will only guide

and advise their respective sections. 1. The business idea has to be displayed in the form of a blueprint (In case of a Service idea) and the Actual Product (In case of a product). 2. Each section would be allotted a combination of a wall and a notice board, outside of which no promotion would be allowed at any cost. 3. Marketing and promotion budget is strictly restricted to Rs.1000. In case, the section exceeds the allotted budget, it will be disqualified. 4. Every section is required to submit the bills to their respective mentors by 11 am on the 18th of September, 2012. 5. Online promotion can be carried only on the following dates: 16th September, 2012 (10 AM onwards) 17th September, 2012 (10PM) Any further online marketing beyond the prescribed period will lead to disqualification.

6. The marketing & promotion activities on the notice boards & walls can be carried out only on 17th September,2012 at the following time slots: 2:00pm 5:00pm Sections A, B, D, E, F, G 4:00pm 7:00pm Sections C, H 10:00am 1:00pm Sections I, J, K, L, M, N, O *** These above timings have been given keeping in mind your respective lecture timings so if any change in the lectures kindly inform in advance and get a new time approved. 7. Display of products/blueprints can be done ONLY at 11am in the atrium on 18 th September, 2012. Selling of the product/service is strictly not allowed. 8. Presentations of the business ideas will be held in the Auditorium on the 18th September, 2012 3:30PM onwards. Only 2 presenters from each section would be allowed to present. 9. Presentation time will be strictly restricted to 6 Minutes per section (Any further delays would lead to negative marking). 10. The competition is based on the New Innovative Business Idea. 11. Presentation outline would be provided to all the sections. All sections are requested to stick to the outline provided. 12.
