Stirred Fried Recipe

Incs & Pies recipe Sept 10th 2012

Ingredients:
Carrot 5 Kale Stem Kale Leafs 4 Baby Corn 2 Garlic Cloves Onion Broccoli 3 Dried Chili 10 cube pieces of Tofu Chicken Breast 3 Strips of Bacon 2 teaspoons of Hoisen Sauce 3 teaspoons of Oyster Sauce Light Soya Sauce 2 table spoons of Canola Oil ( Any type of oil) Soup

Equipme nt: Wok Wok Lid Spatula Plate Paring Knife Chef Knife

COOK ING
Lets BEGIN!!!!!!!!

Cutting the Ingredients


Cut the Carrots diagonally. Cut the Broccoli in to Florets Cut the kale in whole slices Smash the Garlic and chop them into small pieces Slice the onion Cut the tofu in to cubes Slice the chicken

Fry the tofu and bacon

And leave it there in a plate

Add in oil and garlic wait for the garlic to turn a bit yellow then put chicken then when it the colors change put in the vegetables starting from the hard to cook ones the soft ones.
Add in oil and wait for it to warm up. Then add the garlic. Once the garlic starts to sizzle or turn slightly yellow add in the chicken let it cook you will know when the color changes. Then put in kale, broccoli , baby corn and carrots. Wait for them to cook then put in onion and light soya sauce, oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Mix well then

Done !!!
