I refer to your e-mail dated 5 September 2012 requesting clarification on the allegations that you have submitted to the Professional Standards Department recently I will clarify as follows:1. Your e-mail dated 9 August 2012 is recorded as a complaint under our reference CO 310/12. which are allegations made against Detective Chief Superintendent Thomson. These allegations were assessed and are considered to be repetitious of previously submitted complaint under our reference CO 344/11. I refer to the correspondence you recei\ed from Temporary Deputy Chief Constable Campbell dated 26 August 2011 outlining the force position regarding your previous complaints and your future attempts of making repetitious complaints. A dispensation has been submitted to the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) In your e-mail dated 30 August 2012 you indicated you wished to complain about the administration procedure regarding the complaint assessment process and the dispensation application, also Northumbria Police withholding information about the identitN of those in\olved in this procedure. This has not been recorded as a complaint but has been recorded under our reference M l 368/12. You have been provided with details of the appeal process if you disagree with the non-recording decision.
