Present Group A (Whitman and new managers) Group B (Senior Executives of Metrot)
1. Apologies for absence Apologies were received from Hanifan Aziz who was attending a business conference. 2. Minutes of last meeting The minutes has already been circulated and the chief executive signed them as a correct record. 3. Problem background There are four problems arising after nine months change of ownership. I. II. III. Frequent factory inspection annoy staff, no one knows the reasons behind those inspections. Too many redundancies, especially from the Development Department. Many members of staff are looking for new jobs before they are made redundant. People are afraid of relocation of the factory. IV. Staff unhappy with the new management style.
4. Practical suggestions Suggestions for the problems from each group have been noted. As group A have voted suggestion made by group B and vice versa. 5. Efficient change management Both group A and B had agreed that the problem arise due to lack of communication and employee motivation from higher management.
Action Plan Below shows action plan stages planned as per suggestions and discussions made by group A and B.

December 2012 Surveying employee satisfaction and complains or suggestion Results comparison with previous survey Next meeting is held Employee loyalty bonus and celebration
6. Date of next meeting It was agreed that the next meeting would be held on 20th October 2012 and 20th December 2012.
