With moving fluids and paper, you can discover Bernoulli's principle.

It is discovered in the behavior of paper when you blow on the edge of the paper. The air above the paper moves, but the air below the paper does not. The moving air exerts less pressure than the still air. The greater pressure on the bottom of the paper pushes the paper up. As a result, we can find that because of Bernoulli's principle, the paper moves up (Jones 96).
