Grip Pattern and location of mounting holes. Use a good quality wood, like walnut, or a hard composite material

This is the pattern for the spacer. Cut it out of 1/4 mild steel

Cut the hammer out of 1/4 mild steel. The trigger notch will require final fitting and polishing after the gun is assembled 9/32"

Frame Sides Cut 2 out of 1/8 mild steel or brass You will need to locate 3 to 4 areas where you can pin or screw the frame sides to the spacer and breech block

Spur Trigger. Cut out of 1/4 mild steel

This is the general shape need for the main spring make it out of heavy spring steel and screw it to the frame spacer

This is the trigger tension spring it can be made ouf of a lighter weight spring steel than the main spring.
