What is ethics?

Is a group of values that have a culture and a person in work and personal life Why is ethics important in fields like business or science? Because we need a good personal values that makes us an excellent professionals, who the other people can trust in us to make very good job. In the movie Steve calls his team The Pirates, what is that? Steve calls it the pirates because they are loyal with themselves but they steal ideas the other minds in other companies. What unethical behavior could you see in the movie, in the different characters, in the world life and personal life? Steve and sometimes Bill, abuse to their employee, they yell a lot and do bad things to them. They steal ideas from others. Steve is irresponsible with his baby. Bill likes speed, and it causes a lot of troubles with the police and friends.
