2 pieces of Baby corn Little sprinkle of black pepper 1 Broccoli 4 Carrots 1 Cauliflower A small piece of chicken breast/ Tofu 1 Garlic

Tiny piece of Ginger 2 tablespoons of Hoisin Sauce/Or More If want 12 Bok Choi

2 Small Mushrooms 1 tablespoon of Oil Onion 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce Dash of Water 1 Zucchini Reflection about my stir Fry

When I began to make my stir fry I was very nervous because I did not want to waste food. The best thing about the dish was when the spark of the garlic went in my maid eye and she started panic so I had to make it myself. It was a good thing that I had all the ingredients except the chicken Brest so I used tofu. I had a special ingredient it was mushroom mix with ham. I made a new cut called karate cut. It took me 1 hour to make this dish perfect. When I finished 7 people had the dish me, My brothers 2, My mom, My dad, and my grandparents I had some extra so I gave it to my maids. My mom helped me in some parts such as opening the gas. My moms opinion about the dish was that it was very creative and I was very organized.
