Activity 3: Striking ball Duration: 20 minutes Divide your players in groups of 6 In a 40x50 yard with a goal and 5 cones. Objective: 1. Player a sends the ball to player b who checks to it. Player b controls the ball with one touch to set up the shot. 2. Player a sends the ball to player b who checks to it. Player b controls the ball in front of cones to set up the shot -Do it with the left foot -Deal with an aerial ball Coaching Points: Striking ball, receiving ball Activity 4: Switch & shoot Duration: 20 minutes In a 40x50 yard with 4 goal Objective: : In groups of 4 or more. Players strike the ball in different ways: 1. Players opposite diagonally dribble at same time, switch balls and shoot 2. Player a sends the ball to player b who checks to it. Player b controls the ball and sends it to player a on the opposite side to shoot on goal.
