CONGRATULATIONS! It was being agreed by our Newly Elected Officers that our monthly contribution effective September 2012 is only Php 100.00 per month. The breakdown of our expenses are as follows: Watchman ( Act as Guard ) 5 persons x P 5,000.00 = Php 25,000.00 / month - 2 for the day and 3 for the night - A Globe cellular phone plan ( issue ) = 500.00/month - We provide coffee for free ( 2 ) Collectors ( Officers ) 2 persons x P1,500.00 = 3,000.00/month - Ms. Sabuero and Ms. Calamba Secretarys Load = 100.00/month ( 1 ) Maintenance = 3,000.00/month Estimated Total: = Php 31,600.00/month Our officers together with the watchman and maintenance will introduce ourselves at your residence as a team this coming Saturday September 15, 2012 , to present our plans and house rules, also to hear your comments and suggestions.
