Mr. Moazzen is a 54-year-o!d, male, Christian, asylum seeker from Iran. He was born in Tabriz on August 28, 1.958. He ciaims to be the nephew of Empress Farah Diba, the widow of Mohammed
Reza Pahlavi, the Shah of Iran and his mother was the sister of the Shale era Genera! Hasan Tajfar. He lived iii the palace of the Shah until the Islamic Revolution of 1979. He has been in Turkey since July 2009. He is married with no children but he is in the process of getting a divorce. !1.ref tauma story as reported by the client Mr. Moazzen has a complicated trauma story which is difficult to understand thoroughly due. to language problems and the client's current mental condition. A brief summary as understood by the this clinician is as follows. Mr. Moazzen was against the regime under Ayatollah Khomeini, participated in protests, was prosecuted, and sentenced to death twice. His sentence was changed to 16 years in

prison as a esult of the monetary compensation by his family. He endured severe torture in prison so
