TITLE: Procedure for QMS Planning and for setting Quality Objectives
PURPOSE: To establish Quality management system planning (Project) including Quality Objectives to meet customer and organizations goals. 6.1 Study the contract, ISO 9001-2008 QMS requirements. 6.2 Convert the Project execution strategy into initiatives for the site team and establish Quality
Objectives based on Quality policy, project requirements for each function or process (Planning, Execution, Purchase, Quality, Safety, Stores etc). This comprises requirements of Quality, Safety & Timely delivery. 6.3 The desired / target values are set based on the following: Past performance in similar jobs Based on Cluster Quality objectives Growth over period of time; Contractual commitments; Annual financial budgets/ accepted costs as per ACE; Meeting the PQP requirements.

6.4 Prepare resource plan, Roadmap for review and course correction mechanism to achieve
Quality objectives.

6.5 The set Quality objectives are to be approved by Cluster Head. 6.6 Implement action plans and measure the results. Identify areas of improvement & prepare
corrective action plans, report progress to CH, CPM & Other departmental Heads at Cluster Office once in three months.

6.7 Report progress in management review meeting and follow improvement plans based on
Management review meeting by MR site.

6.8 Evaluate process and product performance by internal audits. Discuss performance
improvement measures in management review meeting.

6.9 Prepare the Project quality plan covering the requirements of the project organization,
statutory bodies and needs / expectations of customer. (L1- Quality manual; L2 Work procedures and system procedures; L3 Work instructions & ITPs; L4 Formats, records, checklists) 6.10 Maintain system integrity during changes in PQP for improvement.
