Sound knowledge of Holding and subsidiary accounting, consolidation, amalgamation etc. 1. Basic knowledge of IFRS 2. Should have a flair for Direct and Indirect taxes. Should be academically interested in reading and research on tax laws 3. Good communication skills 4. Knowledge of MS-Office with hands on experience in MS-Excel
