iLM Level 5 Award Management

The Level 5 Award in Management has been designed to develop middle management skills and knowledge. The qualification acts as a bridge between the level 4 and level 6 that will prepare learners for the more rigorous demands of study at a higher level.
This concise qualification consists of one mandatory unit and two optional units. . Understanding the management role examines organisational structure and function, the roles and responsibilities of middle managers and the effect of communication and interpersonal skills on managerial performance. The final element of the unit explores the evaluation of personal development opportunities.
