LAMB STEW

INGREDIENTS Kg. of Aragonese lamb cut into pieces. 6 big potatoes cut into chunks. 1 green pepper chopped. 5 garlic. onion. A glass of tomato sauce. A glass of white wine. A few bay leaves. Some rosemary and/or thyme. A teaspoon of sweet paprika. A peppers teaspoon. Salt. Olive oil.

PREPARATION Once salted the lamb, fry it in oil in a saucepan and retired.

With the same oil we made a stir-fry with the garlic, the onions and pepper.

Once done we add the potatoes and fry them. Once the potatoes fried, we add the lamb.

We add the thyme, the rosemary, the bays leaves, the pepper, the paprika, the tomatoe sauce and the white wine, then we cover all with water and cook over low heat for about an hour.
