Naan Bread

INGREDIENTS: Recipe makes 6 naan 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon active dry yeast 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar Pinch of baking soda 2 tablespoons oil 21/2 tablespoons yogurt 3/4cup look warm water 1 teaspoon clear butter or ghee 1/4 cup all purpose flour for rolling Dissolve yeast in water Put flour into a bowl In flour add baking soda, salt and sugar then oil Then yogurt and mix with hands then add the yeast water and continue to mix and make dough Need the soft dough with oil on your hand for about 1 min. no more then set aside Let rise for 2-4 hours Need it for a minute will be sticky Make six dough balls Roll in flour and set aside each ball then roll until about thick us a little more flour as needed Bake a couple at a time if needed as they dont take long Set over @ 500 or higher for about 15 mins Use baking stone. Wet hand and flip flop naan in your hand and bake for about 3 minutes they puff up Brush with ghee and serve
