Report from Literacy Outreach Coordinator, Corinne Vansolkema Report from TLS Treasurer, April Roth HST still in progress, 11349.70 plus deposit 14,000, Debra Connibear still waiting for receipts Old Business IPAD pick up date - Friday or early next week Tahsis Days Update TLS Card Poker Run (Corinne, April, Sarah,/ send email for float Summer Program in the works, twice per week Computer Class completed until Fall Website in progress New Business IPAD request from Barb Bilodeau Motion: In order for child to use an Ipad at the library TLS will request a letter from the speech pathologist outlining apps needed. The Ipad only used at library during library hours during summer months. Child will attend library on regular basis. Elsie/April Letter of Support Village of Tahsis Senior Application Motion: The Tahsis Literacy Society write a letter of support for the New Horizons for Seniors Programs. Silvie/Debbie.
