We condemn your above dictatorial authoritarian activities and demand of you to cancel all the dismissal / suspension orders from the leaders and resist all kinds of punitive actions and arrange to settle the demands of officers across the table peacefully and the failure on your part will compel us to adopt all kinds of trade union actions including strike to achieve our demands.
