U.S. Natural Nutrients and Minerals, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent with The Texas A&M University System
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date: August 12, 2010 BEND, OR, August 12, 2010 U.S. Natural Nutrients and Minerals, Inc., (OTCBB: USMN) announced today that The Texas A&M University System, through its Office of Technology Commercialization, has entered into a Letter of Intent with U.S. Natural Nutrients & Minerals, Inc. to evaluate a proposal to form a new joint business venture to commercialize new soil and mineral products. The potential joint business venture intends to establish a comprehensive research program, under the direction of Dr. Timothy Phillips, to explore new products for animal, agricultural and environmental uses. The potential joint business venture would not focus efforts on developing products for human use. Paul Hait, CEO, enthusiastically remarked, This is a giant step for our company!
