CPA Board Exam Takers Sanctified Takers of the CPA Licensure Examination this coming month were overwhelmed

with support and prayers as JPIA-PLM, headed by VP Audit, Grace Reprado conducted a board mass last September 21, 2012, 10-11AM at the PLM Chapel. The event felt even holier because fatefully, it's also the Feast Day of St. Matthew, patron of tax collectors, accountants and customs officers. The mass was held by Fr. Amer, a resident priest in the Campus Ministry. Claudine Faylogna (JPIA-PLM Editor-in-Chief) was the commentator. The First Reading was led by Jeff Corea (4th yr). Precedent is the Responsorial Psalm read by Matt San Juan (3rd yr), and Prayers of the Faithful by Cherry Arma (JPIA-PLM Executive Vice President). Afterwards, a food treat was enjoyed. Then, small gifts were also given to the board takers as a token of blessing. They also brought with them the hopes of everybody- hopes that they'd all bring pride and succeed. As closing remarks, Dean Honorata Pagaduan left a few words as an inspirational message, and so did Prof. Dennis Tan, Prof. Nonalyn Gesalan, Prof. Josephine Yopo, Prof. Lydia Sabater and JPIA-PLM Adviser Prof. Mayel Litao who each have their own untamed wisdom to impart.
