Kindly follow the under-mentioned Steps for smooth running of the PCs and Internet Access

1. Go to Start -> Run-> type %temp% and press enter . Go to Tools -> Folder options -> Select View tab-> Then select show hidden files and folders and click apply , OK. Then select all the contents and press SHIFT+DEL . If any message appears as cannot delete , just leave it.

2. Go to Start ->Run -> type cookies and press enter. Select all the contents except the file named as index. Press SHIFT+DEL .

3. Go to Start -> Run -> type PREFETCH . Select all the contents and press SHIFT+DEL.

4. If Internet Explorer is used as browser , open Internet Explorer , go to Tools -> Internet Options -> In the General tab go to the heading Browsing History and then click the Delete button under this heading.

5. Please do not stop the Antivirus update or scanning process.

6. It is always better to scan any USB pen drive/hard drive with the Antivirus before working . (N.B.: It is recommended to use original licensed antivirus and softwares only)
