PRESS RELEASE CASE NUMBERS: 2012-01870 & 2012-02034 On Monday, October 15, 2012, the Waterford Police Department

made the arrest of a subject responsible for two separate incidents involving the use of a mini-dig ital camera/ recording device, to obtain images of persons utilizing clothing fi tting/ changing rooms. Both of these incidents were reported to have occurred a t businesses located within the Crystal Mall 850 Hartford Road, Waterford, CT (S eptember 8 and again on September 29, 2012). The Waterford Police Department received a number of informational leads as a re sult of the initial media statement released on 10/02/2012. As a result, invest igators were able to identify the suspect, secure evidence in this matter and pr epare an arrest warrant for the accused. The subject identified and arrested is Christopher W. Gribble, white/ male, DOB 10/04/1972, residing at 7 Auke Way, Bradford, RI. Christopher Gribble was charg ed with (2) counts of Voyeurism pursuant to CGS 53a-189a, (2) counts of Disorder ly Conduct pursuant to CGS 53a-182 and (1) count Risk of Injury to a Minor pursu ant to CGS 53-21. Gribble was released on a cash bond pending his appearance on October 29, 2012, in the New London Superior Court, 110 Broad Street, New Londo n, CT.
