Currently, Wash Quarters is employing four workers. These four workers have thei r designated jobs to work on. Since they practice lean system, they hace daily j ob rotation. For employee A, she is assigned on sorting and since the dryer is a utomatic, she can also operate the dryer. Next is employee B, she is working wit h washing and spinning of the, during waiting time for the process to finished, she can also help in the folding and spraying department. Then, employee C's wor k is hanging of clothes, while the laundry is under the sun, the employee C can also help in folding and spraying. Last, is employee D who is assigned to the la st two process: Folding-Spraying and Packaging.

We used in calculating PFD Allowance Factor since workers perform several diffe rebt types of jobs with some of the jobs more fatiguing than others like Hanging the Clothes, Folding-Spraying and Packaging, and other jobs having unavailable delays.
