MEMORANDUM
To : Harold Hurst, Regional Manager
FROM: ch Fox, ee Director - Field Operations
SUBJECT: Reelfoot Boundaries
I realize the constant problems Paul has to face at
Reelfoot. ‘The surveying problems are bad enough when we are only
dealing with new survey needs. We've got to address the
permanent marking of boundaries in order to prevent sending
Richard back every time a landowner decides: to encroach on our
property.
I don't have any answers but was wondering if we could
explore some boundary marking techniques that might be of a
permanent nature. The wetland markers work quite well. Maybe
some type of anchoring marker or fencing might help.
No reply necessary. Just wanted to share the thought
before I forgot.
